First time for me was in T2 when they lowered Arnie into the lava.
More than once. One little movie "The Stone Boy" with Robert Duvall about a little kid who accidentally shot and killed his brother in a hunting accident. He eventually runs away from home from the guilt and when he breaks down on a bus to tell a stranger "I killed my brother" it tears me up.

You have no heart if you didn't cry like a baby during the original Brian's Song.
E.T. gets me every time. I just can't watch it without tearing up a bit. Recently, War Horse had a similar effect on me. Damn you Steven Spielberg!
Chariots of Fire does that to me.

Spongebob Squarepants movie. You have no heart if you don't at least tear up in the shell city scene.
The question should be:
Have you ever NOT cried during a movie?
And my answer would be yes. But it's rare.
American Pie -- broke my heart.
