Yeah, this is just wrong. All the top guys I know in running.. no actually at the top of many of different fields have a laid back persona. i think to make it to the top you have to be able make jokes about yourself and every day life whatever your field.
at the same time i know that those guys also have the eye of the tiger within. the eye of tiger is a powerful thing though. it can consume a person to detriment. having a sense of humor is a way to keep control over it.
