Cheryl Bridges held the world and American marathon record at one point (2:49).

http://www.iaaf.org/OLY08/news/kind=100/newsid=46401.htmlI wouldn't say most talented running family ever, but still pretty competitive times for my family.
My dad ran 1:48, 4:01, 8:45 (steeple), 28:10 (10k), and 48:20 (10 miler).
My uncle ran 2:16 for the marathon
I ran 4:06, 8:55 (steeple),
My brother ran 4:10 (mile) and 8:56 (2mile) in high school. just starting in college now.
There is also Felix Konchellah, the son of Patrick. He went to the WC for Juniors 3 yrs ago, but maybe lost some interest in running. Still only 20. One of the less talented Konchellah-bros was Saitoti at running about 1.50 in the 800. But probabely majority of the 56 Konchellah-bros&sisters could have been super-runners!
If the Masai would really step into running we'll undoubtedly have more Konchellah's and Rudisha's!

Well no, let's stick to "the Masai"!
How about the Coogans? Mark and Gwynn are both Olympians and have a very talented daughter.
Collins Family: Mother was a top runner for Providence and coaches Mansfield MA to too many state titles to count. Father was top runner for Columbia and a marathoner. Sister Kailin was state champion and ran for Georgetown. First brother Ryan is a state champion and multiple time All american and was a key member on Wisconsin's NCAA champion team. Second Brother Shayne was highschool state champion and All American and was one of the best Frosh in NCAA cross this year for UCLA.

There's lots of sibs, parent/kid combo's, but what about complete families with notable Dad, Mom and at least two kids with both girls and boys? I can't think of any offhand.
..and by notable I mean good international level.
I'd also go with the McCesneys
