What can I run in an 800? Thanks for the help!

Depends on your rest, I'm going to guess that you are no slower than 1:58/2:00
Rest was 200 jog.
is 200 jog 60 seconds or is it 90 seconds? 120?
It was 70-75s for the 200 jog.
DNF
If I ran this session I would expect a 1:55.
Same 1:55

What?!
When I do a session like this I can run 1.51...

Agreed. Most 1:55 runners couldn't come within a second or two of the average in this workout.

If you could have done this on exactly 60 seconds rest, this is what I would have said:
1:45.4 in a good race on your best day in best conditions. This is what your average is (26.35) times 4.
Since you had 20-25% more rest than that, probably two seconds slower.
I only use 30 second 100 meter or stand still rest as an indicator for 800 fitness, solely because being more geared towards the 400, that must rest means you recover a hell of a lot between reps, and 27's don't feel super fast to me.
I did a session of 8x200 100 meter jog (around 30 seconds) averaging 29.5-30.5, and at the same time would do cut downs of 8x200 starting and 30 and ending at around 25.5 (so 27.5 average). I ran 1:57 that year, but never felt great in a race. I would think you can run about 1:52 or 1:53, but you'd have to give us another indicator workout with much less rest. GL!

Ha!
To the op compare your session to the exact same session you did before your pr. Of course I'm guessing you did not do that as that would require common sense
Thanks for the responses! It is interesting....they are way across the board.
ukathleticscoach: Yes, that would require common sense. Unfortunately, I never did this workout the year of my PR, so I cannot compare.
I did a workout similiar to that. Except i ony did 6 200's and they ranged from 28 to 25.
I was in 1:59 shape then. So i think you could proably be in like 1:53 shape depending on your PR and how hard that workout was.
200's arent the best way to measure fitness though... I've ran 4x200 at the end of a workout in 25 with limited rest. Each of them got easier cause i had time to recover from the speed workout i did earlier.
but the point is, people can be running 200's in 25, and be recovering more and more each interval.
Let's see. Last spring I did 8x200 averaging 28.7 (1:54.8 pace) with 200 jog recovery in 62-67. Later that week I raced a 1500 in 4:00, then 3 weeks later raced an 800 in 1:54.6.
So take that for whatever it means.

You need to e-mail your track coach.
Thanks again for the responses!
Unfortunately, I am my own coach, so I cannot email my track coach. I just like to come on here once in awhile after a key workout and see where people think that I am. Thanks!
Any more thoughts?

Then do the workout you did do!
What's your pr and how old are you?
