I was alway taught that this part of the season is for working on navel speed. Leg speed comes later in the season and then, just a few weeks before the big one you should work on foot speed. Has the wisdom on these items changed recently?
Yeah, this i what I'v always hear too. I don't know what Webb's coaching is thinking.
