I can't remember the last time I had a positive experience with PO employees. They always seemed so inconvenienced by me asking them to do their job. And God forbid I not understand something and they have to explain it. These people HATE explaining fairly unintuitive procedures (like getting your mail forwarded).
Is their job that miserable? It's not like they're working their butts off... there's always a line, and the one's I visit take their sweet time (Disappear for 5 to 10 minutes at a time to 'retrieve' something).
I guess they'll probably get canned here pretty soon. That would upset me, I guess.
I suppose if I had any balls, I'd just tell them how I felt. But then I wouldn't get my mail mailed!
