At the Region Meet and have found a lot of truth in the D-I "rumors" that have been here in the past two weeks.
The Big 10 (Purdue/OH State) will start the 2012 summer coaching changes. It could be quite a summer of change.

Nice monicker...
Who didn't know that Purdue and Ohio State are open?
Stanford sprint& hurdle job to open soon.
Who is out Floreal or Kyle White?

Yeah. Not a rumor after it has had a press release.
Now if someone said Floreal was leaving Stanford... That would be a rumor.
SUNY Delhi, a NJCAA school, is looking for a new head coach. This guy was the head coach -

He has SCSU connections. Perhaps he's their new hire, despite what was said on here earlier.
Floreal may be on the way out. Heard at Pac12's that Lannana is leading candidate to get Stanford AD position and Floreal is on record as saying he would be packed and out the door before Vin could walk down the hall from the AD's office.
Also heard Robert Johnson heading to Carolina, question is which one depending on how things play out as word has Fry on way out in Columbia.
Also heard Harvey Glance is a leading candidate in the Ohio St search.
I was told by a good source that SCSU was looking for a female coach. I had applied and checked on the status and that is what I was told.
Now that's funky dirt
How much is Ohio State willing to pay for the men's track position? With two head coaches on staff is the school really willing to pay for a name candidate at Football U? I heard Gary was making less than $100k. Are the Bucks willing to pay the bucks, which they weren't willing to do for the last search? And are they willing to pay the women's coach the same salary as the men's new coach?
You want to know what they are making? Just look it up its public information.

The one that is shocking is the University of Tennessee Director $175,048 for salary alone (not including bonus money or for coaching his pro athletes).

The Buckeyes have the means to pay as much as they want. The question is: how much are they willing to shell out. Harvey didn't exactly set the world on fire at Bama team wise (Kirani James not withstanding) so I'm wondering why they'd bring him in?
Kip Litton, university of Alabama
Yes, I was told the same thing. I was also told that they interviewed a number of 'outstanding candidates." To be honest I thought I'd at least get an interview. Hence, it would be nice to know who they actually hired.

He is not
Vig to UNC, supposedly.
nope, that ain't going to happen...
Lets make a connection... Rojo, leaves cornell for UNC. When Vig. left Virgina Rojo said he texted him because they were good friends. IF ROJO goes to UNC why wouldn't he bring Vig along?
Wrong Rojo...
Alan Turner not Albert Turner... Turner would be a great candidate at Purdue.

Then Albert Tuner at Notre Dame, should be considered...

Connie Price-Smith, Southern Illinois and Elvis Ford, Illinois State, have been two names floating around the Big Ten as possible replacements for Purdue. An African-American female Coach is always hard to pass up.
Dayton is looking for a female head Coach, sorry guys!
Does Gary keep his job at Furman?
