So is Stanford still looking for a mens distance coach, or will the new head coach from Gtown also be the head mens xc coach?

Has anyone heard who is going to be the Head Coach at Campbell University? They still have the old head coach on the website in fact he is pictured on Purdue website wearing a Campbell track & field polo...WTF is going on?Twilight zone in the crack?

What about the Eastern New Mexico Head XC and Track job that just opened up? NCAA DII Program that has really been on the rise the past two years. Who will they bring in and could someone be happy living in that area of the country?

Get your facts right...Fischer resigned due to his abuse by Martin.Then Fischer sent Will to a good jumps coach-Booth.

All N. E. did was made it easier for that AD to (say behind closed doors they had there chance) justify hiring a distance coach that's look like him. Up coming quote from the AD "It's a good fit for our program & University"

What did I tell you!!!! I am sure there were more qualified applicants but as I said, N.E. messed it up for the next person didn't look like that AD. SMH, when will the NCAA step in and monitor hiring practices, minorities (meaning anyone!! not white or male) are good enough to compete for these universities but not good enough to lead them. YES, Track and field may have the most minorities in head caoching positions in DI athletics BUT among the DI track coaches the ratio is still way to damn low and it's time its looked at. Hopefully the Presidents will start looking at there athletic directors that allow there track coaches to have 18/12.6 scholarships and can't still don't advance more than one-two athletes to the NCAA championship final round. If the track coaches were held to the same standards the football and basketball coaches were they would get better track coaches which means better programs because the good old boy system would be shut down. It's time you get hired for your of body work and not who you know!
