With conference, regionals, and nationals all within a month; it seems there is little time for hard workouts. The races become your workouts and the weeks in between are spent on recovery and maybe a little speed. But the most important thing is the rest. Pounding your body seems pointless at this point and all you can do is take it easy and race hard.
