I am a national guardsman, but not active duty. Theoretically If Dubya sends us into Iraq, I could be on the next plane, but Im not too worried.
Good to see your name in the results lately. You are too young and too fast to hang em up.

This touching moment of two old friends getting re-acquainted was brought to you by RUNNING.
Running, where memories are made.
Ryan,
I was a senior in high school when I first read about you and Arkansas (back in 1996). You were BY FAR my favorite runner. Not sure why, but I thought you were pretty much awesome. I hope you get the fire back... if not, so be it, to each his own and you should run for no one but yourself. It would be really cool to see you make a comback and get down to 13:00, though... I feel like you had/have the talent to run as fast as BK... who knows. Guess it doesn't really matter if you're not into it and have found other things to spend your time doing. Still, though, know that there are people out there who think your talent is limitless...
I am tracking down all shoplifters on this board... let see, my guess is that schoplifter would be Dan Browne?
just try KK.
he does it at least once a week i think, in between training.
kk is not a miler.
i would hope most of us do it at least once a week in between training, milers and non-milers alike...
