Yes the British feed is so much better!!!!
Just when I thought they couldn't get any worse
"Jo Pavey is wearing number 10 instead of her name because she was a late entry."
Yes late entries get a low number like 10. And that doesn't say 10 it says JO. 7 billion people in the world you would think they could find a commentator who can read.
haha awesome, was that in the american or british feed?
Universal commentators are pitiful... simply bad!
Folks,
Apologies if I've missed it but I'm not finding or hearing splits. Watching universal as well as the British feed.
Thanks for any ptrs, apologies again if I missed it.

woman commentator is terrible! I think I will watch without sound.
American feed I have 2 screens One with women's feed and one with Eurosport. Listening to Tim Hutchings and Geff Wightman both of whom I raced many times in England. Never beat Hutchings.

Thanks so much, Douglas. And of course just as I asked the Brits starting showing and talking about times. That said, would be great if someone could continue to post actual splits as they happen.
woman commentator is terrible! Why is Meb leading.. .

Splits are from the athlete tracker at the website.
These British commentators are great!
Anyone know who the guy in the red socks at the front of the pack is? I couldn't read his bib, I'd like to see how hard he dies.
In the NY area you have to watch here: http://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/local/Watch-NYC-Marathon-Charity-New-York-Marathon-2011-NY-Marathon-Date.html?fullSite=y
