Are you saying that Rawlins and Rock Springs are bad places to live? Towns like that breed alcoholics!! Flat, windy, and freezing with nothing to do. Brings back bad memories.
I would gladly say that Rawlins and Rock Springs are bad places to live...But those towns don't even begin to populate the list of bad places to live in Wyoming...I liken Wyoming to the ocean...Sure there are some pearls, but they are few and far between.
