1. When you are sitting in an 80 degree room and you are cold. You know your lean and ready to run fast!

3. When you go out for a 10 miler and walk in the door you feel like you can go for another 10.
4. When you can't open a jar of jelly b/c the lids on tight you say to yourself I might not be strong but I can run a fast 10k right now.
