Ran how he felt? He ran evenly as hard as he could, period. Yes he looked at his watch and yes he was figuring out splits to keep on target. If it was easy for him, why didn't he run faster? Because he couldn't. Adam did not time it that close on purpose and he can look like however after hitting the finish line. Trust me, the man was hurting and worked to break 1:05 and he earned it.
