Any number of men can escort women from start to finish of a record attempt, as Radcliffe's posse did in '03 in London. Men being able to do that for each other is a whole lot rarer, I can think of only one instance in the past 2-3 decades. And in that instance, said pacer nearly upset the star (Tergat) making the record attempt. I've never seen any male brought right into the finish by 3+ pacers on a record attempt. Show me evidence that that's ever happened if you believe that what Radcliffe did was simply a "fair" version of what men do. Male pacers simply cannot take a women's record attempt for themselves, thus they are not a legit competitive challenge to women, ever. Radcliffe could surely have found several (Kenyan, Ethiopian) women to pay to pace her through 30K, just like the men do.
Put down the crackpipe, or at least get out of your own head a little. At least your little non sequitur is a little amusing.
