He didn't run the last two miles in 8:10, he ran the last 3200 in 8:10. The last two miles are 18 meters longer than that, so call those last two miles what they were: 8:13.
And once again, nobody cares who fast he runs 3000 after a 2000 warm-up jog. He has yet to complete a full race at near PR pace this year. He has DNFed more than he has finished. It is pathetic.
Well all of the Rupp fans were touting his blazing last 800 in the 10,000 at Nationals after a 9200 meter warm up. Seems about the same to me. Yes Solinsky has been a bit of a disappointment with his racing this year. But you seem to be another Rupp fanatic. Who feels he is pumping up Rupp by tearing down Solinsky. I can't stand when petty haters attack runners who are light years more talented. And by the way, you need to change your handle to "most contentious letsrunner"
