I just upped my 10x800s by taking 10sec off. During the 8th repeat I felt a sensation (not pain) in the center of my chest, my HR was also a bit lower.
Was I feeling my heart or really just my lungs? I stopped after the 9th interval. Am I just being a wimp?
I should add that I have familial high cholesterol but no family history of heart attacks. I've been running for 2 years.
