To put KD's performance in perspective, It's like going to your local High School Track and running around it once in just over 52 seconds..... And then doing it again without stopping! One wonders if a Hydroplane could travel that fast.

Sadly...he will run 1:45.2 in Daegu...which is very good and remarkable but isnt make the cut for the finals.

This is an advantage for Nick Symmonds. If Symmonds make sub 1:45 he will make the finals again. With the real field: Kaki/Rudisha/Borza/Kivuva/Ismail/Mulaudzi/Yego

Come on guys! KD right now is in sub 1:44 shape but his coaching strategy is wrong. He is running too much for peaking right in Daegu.

The real question might be- WTF happened to Russell Brown, coming off such a promising winter and early Spring. With Brown, you can really talk about early peaking.....

KD is an assistant track coach at UNLV. So I think you can guess who really coaches KD.

At least 7 years older than every other dude in the race.

KD just turned 35 yesterday. He is only intersted in breaking Gray's Master's world record of 1:43.36 M35.

To put KD's performance in perspective, Its like going to your local High School Track and running around it twice just over 3 seconds slower than the world record... and then realizing that wont get you a World Championships medal. bummer
