Fairly typical (if a bit slow) college freshman:
5'10", 135 lbs.
For breakfast:
i usually have about two bowls of cereal, maybe a bagel, and a piece of fruit. I drink a glass of orange juice two galsses of skim milk and a glass of water.
For Lunch:
pasta or chicken, salad with plenty of vegetables and no dressing, two glasses of lemonade, a glass of skim milk and a glass of water.
For Supper(right after practice):
a lot of pasta with some cubed ham in it (very good), and plenty of water/lemonade/skim milk. Occasionally i will also have a small bowl of ice cream, like after a real hard workout.
I will also snack very lightly throughout the day, like a granola bar after my 8:00 class, some baby carrots i took from the cafeteria in the mid-afternoon before practice, and then a bowl of popcornwhile watching the late Sportscenter.
