No live coverage of the 5k?

how can we watch the 5k?

I'm sure espn 2 will show it, albeit with 2 commercial breaks during the race, squeezed in between some sprints they spend 20 minutes on.

So just to confirm: it is impossible to see the 5k live via internet or TV?

They didn't even show women's semis of the 800. I suppose that's part of ESPN2's plans, too

By the year 2020, perhaps. Tonight, I have not found it and unless there is a Saudi website showing it, I think we are out of luck.

Between TV and letsrun/flotrack commercials, video of running events is going down the tubes.

At least now I know to not waste time trying to see the events.

We'll actually get to watch the last 800 and first 350 on espn, wgich is much better

Yup. Best way to "watch" it live (that I know of) is to follow tweets from @trackfocus this evening.

Runnerspace does seem to have video of every heat of every event. Usually the videos are available within 15 minutes of the end of the races. Select from choices on left side of page. I just watched both 800 semis.

So there is no way to watch the 5k?!?!?

These guys haven't typed in USA outdoor Track and field Championships live stream 2011 and then searched through the pages looking for a stream that shows everything live for free have they?
