Here is what I found strange:
Only about 8-10 cyclist were used. This seemed like a small pool of people for such an important study.
Chocolate milk has caffeine where the others don't. Isn't this enough to have an affect?
Most exercise physiology studies have this few subjects. pretty standard isnt it?
Caffeine in chocolate milk? I'm pretty sure the amount is so small that it is not worth mentioning.
