I hear he's trying to make the Olympic Trials again. He was awesome in 2000/2001.

Just like me, he got older, slower, and more injury prone. It will happen to you too, pollenator (is that you, Galen?)
Yep, it's me Galen! hahahaha....I'm older and slower already unfortunately...not nearly as young as Rupp....wish I was!!! Those were the days!

So...are you Galen from the future?

Lagat is a couple years older than Goucher and is STILL breaking American records. LOL America sucks.
Duh, at home taking care of the kid.
Adam is the same age as B Lagat. it takes a runner as legendary as Lagat to retain world class speed at that age. few others can do it
...or access to better PEDs. Lagat does have a positive A sample on the record books.
Alan
I heard he got married to Kara Wheeler.

But more importantly a negative B sample "on the record books."
Alan, why did you leave the negative "B" off your post? A lot of people here talk trash and BS but I thought better of you than that.
He got his dick stuck in Kara Wheeler, then took it out, and put it back in, and repeated for 10 years. He decided banging her was better than running.

Didn't Marion Jones have a positive A sample for EPO and a negative B sample? It seems fishy when you test positive for something that's synthetic, even if it's just 1 sample (of two).

it's a synthetic drug, but your body naturally produces it on its own too. thats why the mere presence of some drugs is not 100% indication of illegal drug use
It's different if me or you test positive for an A sample yet a negative B sample. When the same thing happens to an athlete who's been winning medals for 10 years then you have to wonder.
When it comes to professional athletes, the money at stake and the availability of PEDs and ease of beating tests.....I assume the majority are dirty.

Deer Adam Goucher, What happened to you?
He drank too much 666 Energy Drink and then his balls exploded.

You don't HAVE to wonder. You could just relax and let it go. He has physical evidence that the result was negative. Innocent until proven guilty man come on. Don't be a drag
"Having people stand by me and support me through it all—Kara, Alberto, my family—has been tremendous. But there a lot of people who have given up on me—and it’s not just fair-weather fans. It’s also people who have been a part of my life and my running career for a long time. People have said, “Well, you’re probably coming to the end of the ride. You probably need to give it up.” That type of thing has been hard to overcome emotionally, but it just becomes so much fuel for my fire.
I really, really look forward to the day when I can throw it back in the faces of the doubters. It’s going to be great—crossing the finish line and giving them a big middle finger."
Sorry Adam, I think that day has come and gone.
