"Usain Bolt, in love with his own voice, news at 11!"

Ok, I'm going to sound like a grumpy old fart here (I'm actually 30, f.y.i.) but I LOATHE the way young people write today in their texts, tweets, and forum comments. With the poor spelling and grammar, the lack of punctuation, and the barely intelligible streams of thought I get a headache reading some this shit. I mean, Bolt's tweet up there is so f***ed it's mind numbing.
And you said f.y.i. Classic text speak, only with pointless full stops between the letters.
UR a RTRD.
World Record Holder Usain Bolt Calls Out Prefontaine Classic Fast Times, Which Saw His Team-mate Mullings Leading The Way With A Sizzling 9.80secs. But Bolt Beat Him A Few Days Ago With 9.91.
Clermont, Florida (Sporting Alert) — Usain Bolt remains relaxed despite the numerous fast time achieved at the weekend, and he claimed that now is not the time to run your best.
The Jamaican World and Olympic champion followed the action from the Nike Prefontaine Classic in Eugene, Oregon and saw some electrifying times on Saturday.
Most notably was the stunning 9.80-seconds personal best performance by his fellow countryman Steve Mullings to win the men’s 100m dash over a strong field, which had six of the eight runners dipping below 10-seconds.
But Bolt, who opened his season with two 9.91secs performances in Rome and Ostrava, where he also took care of Mullings, says he will not be losing any sleep over those times at Hayward Field, as he’s seen it all before.
“Listen to me ppl (people),” the sprint world record holder over 100m and 200m tweeted after the races, “that’s the same track last US trial was kept and everybody ran fast and then they couldn’t repeat, OK. So please.”
And former sprinter Ato Boldon, who was in Eugene to see the races, loved that tweet.
Boldon said on his account: “Shots fired,” he mentioned, pertaining to Bolt’s comments.
He added: “Maybe finally we can get some talk going because @usainbolt just called out EVERYONE who ran fast today at Pre.”
Elsewhere, Bolt’s main rival Tyson Gay was also speeding as he flashed to a world-leading 9.79secs in Clermont at time many believe will not hold up on the IAAF list.
"SHOTS FIRED!!!"

They use certified wind gauge officials, they use various gauges, depending on who is putting on the meet, and they often use visiting wind gauge officials. That...plus the fact that you don't seem to realize that the wind gauge readings are NOT in miles per hour, makes you appear a bit of a whiny fool, doesn't it?
Or it could be that I know 2 meters per second is roughly 5 miles per hour. And it is all meets at Hayward, including high school stuff, not just the big meets. The wind readings frequently seem out of whack with what's going on down on the track.
The Oregon track is deliberately short to make the hobby joggers from the Eugene club look good when they PR there. Come Championship time though is when we will separate the boys from the men. I completely agree with Usain on this.
Interesting how the Oregon women sprinters run faster when they run at Fayetteville and Des Moines (i.e. their women sprinters the past few years) and the Eugene mid-distance boys (e.g. Wheating, Acosta, Centrowitz, etc.) run faster times when they go to Europe. So much for the Bolt's whiny bs.
1. The Hayward Field Track is an IAAF Class 1 Certified Track. All the track markings have been verified.
2. The Pre Meet was timed by Omega. The same group that times the Olympic Games. Regardless if it was Omega or our top US timing company - Flash Results, the wind guage is automatic for the sprints & hurdles.

Ok, NOW I'm going to sound like a grumpy old fart here but your spelling/grammar and punctuation is bad. You capatalize all letters of "LOATHE" when typically you only capatalize the first letter of the first word in a sentence. Then you use some odd punctuation in whatever word is "f***ed." The "star" symbol is typically used as a random character symbol. If we just regulated the random symbols to represent only letters then 26 x 26 x 26 possible combinations of letters can fill your word out. Why do you expect us to sift through 17,576 possible combinations of letters to try and figure out your word?
If you kids (I'm only 35 though) would use proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar it would be great. Until then, I loathe trying to figure out what you are saying.
