KP, would lime to meet you and others of this thread in real life. Not sure I would dare to run a 800m race yet. Need more confidence - and still do not feel any urge to compare with others. First, I would like to train with you. After a while , I may join a race together.

Tu 30 min jumps and drills uphill, 6x60m uphill, 2x150m uphill
We 7 miles recovery pace, 5x100m with jog back
Th 12 km in 59 min
Fr 7 miles recovery pace, 5x100m with jog back
Sa 2 miles WU, 8x300m uphill with jog back, 2 miles CD
Su 90 min easy in the hills
This is all I can do while staying sustainable and not disturbing family and business.
