Sequential yes evenly divided no . But keeping each phase spinning s also my goal.
Recovery not sure when this will be done. I want to heal doing 30 minutes a day power off mill lots of knees over toes guy stuff , jogging in the sand and my go to weekly 4x30' 10percent 10mph full recovery. According to hill runner calculator this equates to 4:49 mile pace on a track. IMO I am getting a big hormonal boost without metabolic stress.
Did 2 fun very hilly logging road bike riding 90 , 120 minutes with a few 30 minute continuous climbs. Best shape I was ever in was when I did stuff like this daily at a good effort. So this fills the gap between super easy and super hard I hope.
Goals well not looking like Hayward Classic is gonna happen heard a maybe in April but I doubt it . No booster for me will wait to see what the O booster does maybe will fix the CD147 pericyte issue
