Had today off. We stayed at my mum's last night and then spent the day helping my youngest moving house. Some tough work hauling all sorts of heavy objects up stairs etc. On the go from 9 am until 6.30 pm. Might be getting too old for that stuff.
My 4 Peaks race has been rescheduled to January. A few of us will still be turning up on Saturday and run all 4 mountains over the 4 days just for fun. A good rehearsal for the official version.
