NDJY: Thanks for reminding to get back to planking! I used to do them every nite before bed but its been a while. My all time record is 5 minutes. I'll aim to restart tonite at 1 minute.
41 miles for the week here. Took Sunday off but logged a decent 21 mile bike ride. A couple of workout days were Tues 10x45 sec @ 6:00 pace, Thursday tempo 6:59,6:42,6:32 and Saturdays longer 8.8 mile run with the last 5 739,734,728,731,703.
Think I'll run my track mile effort tomorrow. Unfortunately it will be a solo effort as there is no one around to run with... I'll report back with good, bad or ugly!
