Carrying 12-foot sheets of drywall, then getting them up onto the ceiling with no drywall lift. I have a long history of back problems, so no surprised -- sometimes debilitating for a week at a time.
I also do a lot of solo drywall work. Now I'm not a very strong person but with a drywall lift, I have easily done several jobs by myself with 60-70 12' sheets. I will never do a drywall job without my lift!
So with that being said this weeks work was a somewhat intricate glass tile shower. Up and down knee work... Kind of a PiA week. Thankful I have been disciplined enough to workout, before work, as I'm a little worn out after work!
Sitting at day 101 post Achilles Tenex op. I got in my scheduled 19 miles with little to no side effects. That being a slight achilles soreness the day after my 7 mile long run on Friday. I checked my log to see the last time I ran 7 miles... Nov 25, 2019! All runs have been comfortable and painfree. Starting very easy and progressing slightly thru the run on the treadmill except for todays 4.
