Dhaaga: Nice 5K. I’s say that 5K is long! Oh, the Va 10 miler has more results up. In 1977 I see a 16yo Dhaaga going 59:44!

Decent week with a slow buildup of running time. I am in experimental mode. I have done the Ed Whitlock-start-at-10min-and-add-a-minute-a-day thingy X2 before: BUT, not while trying to keep my HR low. The experiment continues.
I remain amazed that my 10 year old Garmin 405 and HR chest strap are still hanging in there. I don’t like the new Garmin app so I run the old ANT agent on a Windows XP virtual machine that grabs the data twice as fast as the “new and improved” Garmin app.
