Here we are in mid-February- have been training regularly for the first time at age 57. Hoping to get into the 18 minute sector in some 5K's this year. PR from last year is 19:50 so we'll see. Some days it seems possible some days it seems rough.
Have kept a log here are the first six weeks will fill out the rest when time allows- feedback welcome.
