I took a break from this board last week to avoid any spoiler for the World Championships (*), but had solid two weeks of running.
Wk 432.
M: off.
T-SA: 7 miles.
SU: 12 miles.
Wk 433.
M: off.
T-W: 7 miles.
R: 8 miles.
F-SA: 7 miles.
SU: 13 miles.
So the current plan is to do one progression run in midweek, and do another progression long run in the weekend. My target is to make a midweek run to 9 miles, and the weekend run to 15 miles. I am gradually increasing the pace with each week, but I don't know how fast I can get to in this cycle. The weather was finally cool yesterday, but it was raining. So I decided to stay indoor. I am hoping to get out next weekend.
(*) I still accidentally found the results of Coleman, Lyles, Muhammad, and women's 4x1. But at least I could enjoy all the distance races without knowing the results in advance.
