Another positive week with 20+ actual jogging miles. Also added some fartlek one day as I work to gradually increase intensity. Brought back another old routine to the post-run body weight exercises too. And despite earlier rumors to the contrary, I finally packed up the winter gear. I’ve actually felt overdressed on a few recent jaunts. Yard work hasn’t left any time for golf or fishing. I need to wet a line soon. Regarding diet, my motto is “run to eat”.

Wed: 51’ jog w/ utility pole fartlek (11 x 2 on/off); body wt ex
Thu: walk w/ the bride
Fri: 51’ jog; body wt ex
