Yeah, free-range, mostly. The vegetable gardens aren't fenced, so this time of year they're confined unless someone is around to guard the broccoli, cauliflower, etc. They get a commercial "organic" feed free of antibiotics and hormones. I fry the eggs in a little butter.
I stepped on the scale after my long run this morning. 146.0 lbs. Almost frightening. My high school weight was 155, and I was VERY skinny back then.
I've been as heavy as 185 a few times in my life, including freshman year in college. WAY too much beer!
Mostly water loss this morning, of course. Been chugging chocolate milk all day since, trying to get some fluid and calories. Maybe not the healthiest choice, though.
