Dick, you're positive outlook is inspiring. Sounds like marathon build-up is going swimmingly. My mom's knee replacements are set for later next month, and she appreciated my forwarding your successes to her. She had a couple people that weren't so positive, so a brighter perspective was very helpful.

If you are like me, I struggle with tightness and weakness in the hips. These seem like really good exercises.
