lucKY2b,
Thanks for the link, I always enjoy keeping up on the issue. No surprise about Oz, although I was extremely let down to learn this past week that the federal government is responsible for excluding exercise from Electronic Health Records (EHRs), apparently exercise advocates need to meet the 'meaningful use' criterion first. So who is to blame, the exercise science community for not planning to meet the standards or Health & Human Services for being so stupid to exclude it? HHS puts out a 2008 guidelines for physical activity for Americans
http://www.health.gov/paguidelines/
but won't put exercise into an EHR that they oversee? Insanity!
Still waiting on second pathology report, first one indicated non-Hodgkin's, which at this stage for me is the lesser of two evils and the one I was hoping for. My new oncologist wants to be certain since the treatments for either are drastically different. They are trying to locate for comparison my original biopsy tissue samples that I hand carried from Hong Kong to the US in 2010, someone either sent them back to Hong Kong or misplaced them ... sigh.

Some good performances the last few weeks. I would of liked to have been in the Boston Masters mile yesterday. Oh well, let that go, and all the best to those masters still out there doing it!
A good week to all, watch the Id!
