Did the word "hell" offend you? What part of my communication did you not understand? Some of the people on here are acting as if Canova discovered some new great way of training. Most of what he says has already been done. What hasn't been done is to get in with all the most talented Kenyans.
Canova's stuff is good, sound coaching. But it is not new.
