I'd like a copy as well.
You mean his _training_ principles?
Wow, didn't know there'd be this much interest. In this case, I won't rush anything out. I'm in the midst of proofing and revising it a bit, and when I'm done, I'll try to get in touch with Renato himself. I'll bump this thread again when I make the new thread, and I'll try to email everyone who's left their address.
Please send it along to me, I'd love to give it a read and provide feedback
Pls send to me too.
NS,
You'll find lots of Renato posts here (unformatted) about 100 pages worth: Not mine, so props to the guy who put it together.

Anyone else experiencing "deja vu"?
I'd like one, too, if you've got a chance.
Could I get a copy as well?

This is the reason why Lydiard is misunderstood by most...
If you want to know Canova's principles read his book and his posts! he's ALIVE! he posts here all the time.
I should add that I was waiting to hear back from Renato Canova (I emailed him using the address he has posted on the forums a few times), but received no response. So I'll take the blame for any misinterpretations or mistakes.
Whoops, wrong thread. Anyways, I posted a thread concerning my article here:

after your analysis , how long of a tempo run should a person do at marathon pace in order to simulate race pace?. I’ve heard of some elites going as long as 16-18 miles at race pace.
This seems to be way too demanding, and quite honestly, it seems almost impossible for me. If that is not, what is a recommended distance range I should be shooting for?
Thank you for your help in advance
