Right before the commerical, Ryan Hall was dropping back big time. What did I say? Ryan hall is done. he's almost 30, and getting ready to be a father. maybe he can win the local 5km's if he's lucky.

This is the type of day that you take a chance, I think. Running in the pack helps because of reduced wind resistance but the tailwind negates that.
Kim's pace was not suicidal given the conditions and she does not have a 'kick'; I like her plan -- so she cramps and her 1 in 5 chance of glory dies rather than fighting for fifth...
mutai pulling away from the men's field
Desi needs to make a move now. The E. Africans look like crap. She does not want to sprint against them.
even farther back. lucky if they run 2:15! hahahohoho

Right you are Bernard
Desiree had better pull this off because she may never have this chance again. 2:23 pace with a huge tailwind is going to win this. I don't think this is much faster than her 2:26 in Chicago.
Hall not in top 4 - Mutai, Gebremariam, two other guys... This is the move and Hall is not there.
Well she should save her energy for the race and save the celebrating for the finish line. Anyone can take the lead for 2 miles. If she is serious about winning that is.
hands up who's not jealous they aint running Boston with this gale behind them
