I\'ve had a minor case of PF for years. By minor, I mean, it usually doesn\'t stop me, but as I get better, it annoys me a little more. It\'s irritating.
Anyway, I have done the physical therapist thing, the podiatrist - custom orthotic thing, the otc orthotic thing, the heel cup, the pf strap from roadrunner sports, the stretches, etc.
I am quite sure that it will not amount to anything more than perhaps minor heel spurs, so I wan to get a cortizone shot. This is what I am interested in... you can tell me about all the ways to "fix" it or that the cortizone doesn't treat the cause, but at this point, I want to know the most efficient way to get the cortizone. What do I tell a podiatrist (or whatever) to get it done quickly.
