what is the most efficient/fastest form? i know i've read that you should "run from the hips, not the knees" on websites, but what does that actually mean? if i try using my hips more, it seems that my upper body is swung more, and so are my arms. I can also land on my forefoot for extended amounts of time, with my foot hitter the ground further in front of me. i think i get a more efficient stride this way, but i really have no idea... can someone explain "correct" form in easy to understand phrases? ty.
