Ok here's my situation, my junior yr of hs on probably 10 miles a week at most i ran a 4:25 at are state meet. Now im a 4th year senior who had ran as many as 100 miles in a week but my college pr in the mile is 4:26 which i ran 6 times last year. Ive only raced once this yr and ran 4:27. My question is whats going on here i put in solid wkouts and still run the same time! Any help on whats goinf on?
