At least some one in the Hall family runs to win.

what happened to her shades?
How much faster is the world record? Is it sub 9 or low 9?
For a first race, this ain't too shabby!

A bunch of Karen Carpenters, I tell ya.
Gosh- I would totally bash her time
except I just remembered that i'm not a professional athlete; nor did I win the race. Probably most others on here run sub-4 miles however.

LOL
From that wouund on her knee, it looks like she might have some hurdling issues yet. But good on her for keeping the dream alive.
It's actually not a college race. It's a hybrid. There were both college and professional athletes in the races, including a steeplechase athlete who has run 9:40.

Nice form
Last year Sara Hall really stunk in the SC. Now she looks great.
I thought I could just download office 2007 Windows 7 Pro Product Key again. But it seems that Microsoft is only offering 2010 Office 2010 Home And Student for download. Can I use my 2007 key for 2010, or is it possible to still get the 2007 Office 2007 version that will work?
shut the f*** up with your f***ing microsoft office bullcrap you ass hold
Bump. She got (a relatively distant) second to Emma Coburn at Payton Jordan, 9:40 to 9:48. If Jenny B. Simpson opts out of the steeple, or even if she doesn't, Sara could have a shot at Daegu. She's got the B standard with last night's race. A is 9:43. From her interview on Flotrack it looked like she was looking to get a bit lower in the 9:40s.
It looks like the move away from Mammoth has been good for the Hall family. Both have never looked better.
