Nope, 25.
Ran 4:05 once and quite a few 3:50's (that's for 1500 meters, in case you couldn't figure that one out yourself).
In any case, I'll reiterate myself once more, because it's pretty apparent that you didn't get it the first time around.
Now, take a deep breath, have a sip of water and get that peanut of a brain warmed up. Here goes...
The original poster said something along the lines of how people should stop bitching about what the weather is going to be like at Boston (i.e. It's too hot, it's too humid, blah, blah, blah, etc, etc, etc.)
You, in your infinite wisdom I'm sure, responded by saying the orginal poster (and I'm paraphrasing here) sucked because he/she was writing the evening before Boston, which means that he/she must not be running.
Did you get all of that? I know this is hard, but I think you can get through this.
(Take a breather if you have to.)
Now, I am merely pointing out the fact that you are a complete buffoon for a couple of reasons.
Shall I go through them? I thought you'd never ask!
1) How can you be so sure that the original poster was not running the marathon today? Because he/she was typing on a message board the night before? I'm not sure if you knew this or not, but there are these things called laptop computers. They're just like the big ones that sit on your desk at home, but are portable, so you can bring them with you anywhere you go. It's really amazing! Also, many hotels have what we call, "Internet-ready rooms". This means, that if you have the proper hardware, you can connect to the Internet at virtually any hotel worth staying in, in the world! Holy crap! Isn't that something?
2) You told the original poster that he/she is slow because they're not running Boston. Okay, I'll play along for just one second and assume that he/she really isn't running the marathon (just for one second though - your mentality is underwhelming and I wouldn't want to stoop down to your doltish level for too long). Maybe the original poster didn't qualify for the Boston Marathon. In fact, I'll take it one step further and say that maybe they even TRIED to qualify, but failed to do so. Based on that information, can we automatically call this person slow? How do you know that you're not talking to a 3:55 miler or a 1:45 800 guy? Would they still be considered slow by your standards? I know they aren't running Boston, but surely you can't call them slow for missing one race!
3) You have suggested that I must be a young know-it-all asshole, which at the age of 25, I guess I'm still young, but your insinuation specifically stated 19...and a 4:26 miler for that matter. Why such assumptions? What could I have possibly said in my previous posts to lead you to believe that A) I'm 19-years-old and B) My PR for the mile is 4:26? I don't recall saying anything like, "I'm a 19-year-old who runs 4:26 for the mile." Yeah, I'm pretty confident that I didn't say anything of that nature.
Much like the assumptions you made with regard to the original poster, you are making assumptions here with absolutely no concrete evidence to support anything you said.
I think you're problem is that you're suffering from a bruised ego due to the fact that I called you out and made you like like a giant asshole on a public message board. Naturally, your reaction is to come back with an onslaught of insults (calling me slow, calling me dumb, suggesting I don't have any life experience, etc, etc, etc.) in the hopes that you will make yourself look like a shining star once again (that's IF you ever looked like a shining star to begin with - doubtful).
Your mannerisms in which you handle yourself on this board are embarassing for anyone at any age. It reminds me of when I was younger: There was always the kid in class who yelled out stupid things in order to get a rise out of everyone. He thought he was getting a few chuckles, but he got ended up with just a bunch of dirty looks and some name-calling behind his back.
Don't be that kid. Try as you might, you'll still come off as looking a little foolish by even responding to this (I've completely shot everything you've said or will say into the ground, so do yourself a favor and don't even bother responding), but if you keep your mouth shut and take all of this in, I think you'll come out of this having become a better person.
If I can rid the world of one less asshole and transform someone into a normal functioning person, I'd say I did a good deed for the day. C'mon...work with me. You can get through this and I can help.
