What is the best book to learn how to train? I go to college and I want to be as good as I could possibly be in the 1500 come spring, so I figure a good book would help. Which one would be best? I already know a lot about training, however I still need help with coming up with what to do for workouts until my coach starts giving them to me in Feburary.
So what are the best books?
Oh yeah, I might as well ask... does anyone know any good mid-distance coaches in the Portland area? I am willing to pay for coaching if necesary. Thanks guys.
