2x(500-300) short rec beetween 500 and 300. longer rec between set.
3x600m, fast long rec.

But a last 42 in the 800m, for me indicates that you either have started way to fast, or that you dont have enough endurance. But since your pc is 2.14 and u ran much slower at your last race can indicate that you have been abit too tired at the race day.
