Hi there. Just wondering what shape you people thought i am in to run a 1500metres. Im 18 years old. these are some workouts i have been doing:
2 x 4 x 400 (90 seconds recovery, 5minutes between the sets)
62.9, 63.1, 62.2, 63.2, 63.4, 63.2, 63.8, 62.1
5 x (600, 300) (45 and 90 seconds recovery)
1:40.1, 46.5, 1:41.2, 47.2, 1:39.5, 47.8, 1:41.8, 48.1, 1:40.9, 47.8
