Here is my story:
I am 26yo, I used to run 14mn on 5000m when I was 23yo.
I stopped running for 2 years and half, started running again 6 month ago and ran 15.50 on 5000m the other day.
Until now, I mainly did easy run ( 60mn to 1h45)and started VO2 session and hills workout about a month ago ( 10x400m en 1.08, 10 hills of 30 sec/1.30 rest . Averaged 75km/ week the last two months.
How long do you think it will take before I run under 15mn again ? what kind of workout would you suggest to do.
I am asking because I am starting to be a bit frustrated by my current fitness level and would like to get back as quick as I can to a decent. As I see there are always highly qualified people around, maybe some will mind to share their point of view.
