My friend told me about "colostrum", apparently a type of milk or powder that has many benefits for endurance athletes (boosts immunity, reduces recovery time, improves strength, etc.)
I was just wondering if this is real and if it is legal? Also is it widely used or is it a "hidden secret" and is it all it's talked up to be or is it exaggerated? I'm just a non-elite college runner, but I definitely wouldn't mind drinking this stuff if it really helps and is as good as I've heard.
