Ed, how are you doing? I hope you are well and fit.
Are you getting in your long cemetery runs these days? Any races planned for the rest of the year?
All the best.

I'm still trying to get back up to the level I was a few years ago. At the moment I am averaging about 90 minutes a day. I have managed to get up to 150 minutes on 2 or 3 occasions. I'm trying to be cautious with my knee which I think is still vulnerable.
I am going to the Canadian Indoor champs in March when I will have turned 80. I hope to set M80 WRS in the 1500 and 3000.
I am a also set to go to Rotterdam for the marathon in April. I will be somewhat short of optimal training for that distance which makes things a bit uncertain in terms of either finishing or time.
Good luck to you, Ed! Glad to hear you're getting in some volume. Every one of your running peers is rooting for you to achieve your M80 goals!
Glad you're still tearing up the roads. I saw your results from the last meet on the Ontario Masters website, great job!
