I would head out Pike West to 128 south to 95 south..at 6am you should be fine..too early for bumper to bumper..Its probably an hour drive at 6am
Or, take 93 south, thru braintree and canton to 95 south..It might be longer mileage wise, but worse for traffic
93 to 95 best way.
at 6:00 am ,45 minutes from Somerville to center of Attleboro
93 to 95... traffic through the dig isn't an issue that early (never had issues going to the airport at that hour), and once you're on the other side you're going the oposite way as traffic.
